2007 Pre-Med Revival Conference

The Conference date has
been moved from Feburary to May 24-27, 2007!!! Please make a note!
On May 24th-27th,
2007 Cream City Medical Society-Undergraduate Chapters (CCMS-UG) will be hosting our First Annual Pre-Med Revival Conference
and this year’s theme is, “The Heart of a Physician”. The conference
will take place in the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee student union facilities located in the beautiful City of Milwaukee,

How do I appy for the conference?
Simply print out the registration form, and mail it to CCMS-UG. Please do not mail cash. Write checks, money orders to
Cream City Medical Society-Undergraduate Chapter or (CCMS-UG). Early registaration deadline is May1st. Late fees will apply
after May 1st. The deadline for late registration is May 21, 2007. For our mailing address please go to the contact us link.
